Foundation Communities’ Zilker Studios brings 110 new studio units and supportive services to Austinites earning under 50% of the local Median Family Income. The project features tiered outdoor spaces with shaded seating, decking, grills, and visual interactions between indoor meeting rooms and nature outside.

Work completed at Asakura Robinson. Brendan Wittstruck was the project manager from concept design through construction observation while employed at Asakura Robinson. Kelsey Ross was the design and production manager for the project while employed at Asakura Robinson.
